The T-Res (Transition Resources) Autism Toolkit project is research, led by a team made up of with staff from Dublin City University, AsIAm, Middleton Centre of Autism and St Ultans Primary School in Cherry Orchard in Ireland. The T-Res research is being conducted with the aim of highlighting and understanding the unique challenges faced by children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as a result of the restrictions and public health guidelines resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the challenges posed to their families. Ultimately, the T-Res project is striving to support young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families as they adjust to these Covid-19 related issues. Based on the needs that we have identified, our team has created a range of T-Res resources to aid this transition for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We will add to this resource toolkit regularly so please check back with us often. We want the resources to be based on the needs of those using them so please get in touch.
